Qeeboo is a next-generation design brand that brings together creativity, innovation, and storytelling. brWe are looking for a Sales Operations / Back Office Intern to join our Milan-based team and support our day-to-day commercial operations with accuracy, curiosity, and enthusiasm. brAs a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with our sales and backoffice teams, gaining hands-on experience in B2B order management and after-sales operations. brSupporting the preparation and management of sales orders and pro forma invoices brUpdating and maintaining customer master data brAssisting with order processing and monitoring delivery timelines brHelping prepare customs documentation for international shipments brCollaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational workflows brSupporting general back-office and administrative activities brA recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field brDetail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data and documents brFluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus brConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel brPrevious exposure to ERP systems is an advantage, but not required brA hands-on internship in an international, design-driven environment brTraining and guidance from experienced team members brThe opportunity to develop practical skills in sales operations, logistics, and international order management brA dynamic, creative, and collaborative workplace brA monthly internship reimbursement brPlease submit your CV through LinkedIn.
