We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Digital Innovation Department while upholding our core bvalues of beauty, ethics, and sustainability /b. /ppAs our bAI Specialist /b, you will play a central role in accelerating the adoption of AI tools and developing AI capabilities across the organization. This position actively supports teams in discovering, testing, and integrating artificial intelligence into their daily work, ensuring that every solution aligns with the values and AI strategy of the Davines Group. /ppWe’re looking for a hands‑on innovator with a strong passion for Artificial Intelligence, someone who enjoys exploring emerging tools, translating business needs into practical applications, and guiding teams in making the most of AI technologies. /ph3WHAT YOU WILL DO: /h3ulliSupport the implementation of AI systems and automation tools across business functions /liliDrive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI assistants through training, onboarding, and continuous support /liliHelp teams understand and integrate Generative AI tools into daily workflows (content creation, data analysis, coding assistance, etc.)
/liliCollaborate with Information Technology (IT) team and Business teams to identify opportunities for AI‑driven improvement in different domains (ResearchDevelopment (RD), Supply Chain, Sustainability, ...) /liliTest new AI tools, evaluate their potential, and provide recommendations /li /ulh3WHO YOU ARE: /h3ulliDegree in computer science /lili1-2 years of experience in roles related to AI /liliPractical experience with Generative AI tools, with preference to Microsoft Copilot /liliExperience with AI tools and prompt engineering /liliBasic knowledge of software development and databases /liliHands‑on skills with Python, familiarity with AI/Machine Learning (ML) libraries /liliPassion for innovation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation /liliGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams /liliGood communication skills in English, both written and verbal /li /ulh3Nice‑to‑Have Competencies /h3ulliExperience with no‑code/low‑code platforms (e.g. Power Automate) /liliExposure to agile methods, lean startup or design thinking /li /ulh3WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US /h3pAt Davines Group, we may not be perfect, but we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where we grow together.
