Job Overview We are hiring an Italian-speaking
Customer Service Representative to support customers with logistics
and delivery-related inquiries. The position is on-site in Piraeus,
Athens, Greece , providing the opportunity to work in a dynamic
international support environment. You will communicate with
customers across multiple channels and help resolve service
requests while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Provide assistance to customers through phone,
email, and digital channels. Help customers track shipments and
obtain delivery updates. Address billing questions and support
payment-related inquiries. Process customer claims and service
requests. Provide guidance on service features and account
management. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory
outcome. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer
interactions. Requirements Native or fluent Italian (C1 level or
higher). English proficiency at B2 level. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of computer systems and
applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service
environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
abilities.
