Are you a talented individual seeking an exceptional opportunity to kickstart your career in the world of Corporate & Investment Banking? Look no further! Mediobanca, the Italian leading financial institution, is excited to announce openings for the CIB Talent Experience - Internship Program. We are searching for highly motivated candidates to join our dynamic Corporate & Investment Banking Division for a six-month internship, from January to June 2027.

As a Mediobanca intern, you will be exposed to invaluable training and practical on-the-job experiences, working alongside top professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment. This program offers an excellent opportunity for you to build your professional network, providing access to internal networking events and interactions with experienced senior bankers.

During your internship, you will have the chance to specialize in one of the following areas, based on your aptitudes and interests:

- Corporate Finance
- Debt Capital Markets
- Equity Capital Markets
- Equity Research




- Lending and Structured Finance
- Sales & Trading

To be considered for this program, you have to be:

- Available from January to June 2027
- A 2nd-year master's student or a fresh graduate with a strong academic background
- Attracted by Accounting, Finance, and Financial Markets
- A self-driven individual who enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
- A problem-solver with strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English and with excellent communication skills

Do not worry if you lack previous experience in investment banking ; our teams are dedicated to coaching and mentoring you throughout your stay with us.

Requisiti:

Location: Milan and London.

Please note that to apply for London you must be eligible to work in the UK.
