WHAT YOU'LL DO- Design and build robust, scalable APIs and backend services using Python with Django or FastAPI.- Own the backend architecture of core product features: from data modelling to deployment.- Optimize database performance across SQL, NoSQL, and Vector stores — for speed, reliability, and AI-readiness.- Develop and improve backend services that integrate LLM and NLP capabilities into our product, building on top of our AI platform.- Collaborate with frontend and product teams through well-defined, reliable API contracts.- Uphold engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD best practices.WHAT YOU'LL BRING- 3+ years of backend development experience, with strong Python skills.- Solid experience with Django or FastAPI in production environments.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure fundamentals.- Experience with modern databases — relational, document-based, or vector (a plus).- Strong understanding of Git workflows, API design,
