Most marinas still rely on fragmented software, manual processes and disconnected customer experiences, leaving significant revenue and operational efficiency untapped. /p pMareaOS was created to change this. /p pWe are building the next-generation operating system for marinas: a cloud platform that helps marina operators manage their business more efficiently while delivering a seamless digital experience to boat owners. Our mission is to become the reference platform for the recreational boating industry, starting from Europe. /p pBacked by experienced entrepreneurs and strategic industry partners, we are now preparing our commercial scale-up and looking for an exceptional Sales Director. /p h3Tasks /h3 pWe are looking for a senior commercial leader with a deep understanding of the marina ecosystem and an established network across the industry. /p pWe need someone who already knows the market, understands how marina operators make decisions, and has spent years selling products or services that are core to their business. /p pYou will define and execute our commercial strategy, build strategic relationships with marina groups and independent operators, and become the commercial face of MareaOS. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute MareaOS commercial strategy. /li liBuild and manage a qualified pipeline of marina opportunities. /li liLeverage your industry network to accelerate market penetration. /li liLead negotiations with marina owners, operators and management companies. /li liRepresent MareaOS at industry events and trade shows across Europe. /li liCollaborate with Product and Customer Success to continuously improve the offering.
