Experteer Overview

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the Helicopters division, aligning service delivery with contract terms and operations. You will assess customer needs, design appropriate service levels, and drive improvements through service plans and spare parts solutions. You’ll monitor fleet performance with KPIs and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet expectations. This is an opportunity to shape after‑sales excellence for a global leader in aerospace and defense.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the day‑to‑day customer contact and respond promptly to needs
- Understand customer operations to define suitable service performance levels
- Decide feasible, timely, and cost‑effective approaches to operational issues
- Propose LHD service solutions (Service Plans, Spare Parts Planning, Spare Parts Packages, BOA Contracts) as part of joint improvement initiatives




- Organize periodic customer visits with the Technical Representative
- Monitor fleet and service delivery performance via defined KPIs against targets
- Define target performance levels for customers beyond contract terms
- Coordinate Service Delivery departments to align with customer expectations and contractual requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in Engineering/Finance/Management
- 5/10 xysqume years of experience in Defense/Aerospace/Automotive or equivalent High Tech sector as Key Accountant in After Sales
- Fluent English
- French and Spanish an advantage
