As Site IT Manager at BorgWarner in Arcore, you lead IT services for the site, aligning with enterprise IT strategy and governance. You own the site digital roadmap and drive practical AI and automation initiatives with the business. You collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure enterprise capabilities are delivered locally, while supporting plant engineering and operations and building a capable local IT team.

- Develop and nurture the local IT team, fostering ownership and continuous improvement
- Manage site IT financials including budget, forecast, and actuals
- Act as IT Single point of contact for plant and tech center leadership
- Operate within the global IT operating model and standards
