In alignment with Richemont Europe's HSE strategy and objectives, the HS&E; Specialist will support the line manager and collaborate closely with the external RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) to strategically develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives and projects across all Richemont Maisons within the Market.

How will you make an impact?

-

- HSE Program Implementation: Implementing and managing comprehensive HSE activities and programs across all operations.

- Training & Culture Development: Planning and coordinating engaging HSE training programs to enhance staff awareness and competence, ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting a strong safety culture.

- Policy & Standard Adherence: Ensuring rigorous adherence to Richemont Group HSE Management Policies, Standards, and Guidance across all operations.

- Project Safety Management: Overseeing the development, communication, and implementation of robust Safety & Environmental plans, including emergency preparedness, for all projects across Maisons.

- Capability Building: Developing the HSE capabilities of site-based staff and sub-contractors to empower them in maintaining safe working environments.

- Audits & Inspections: In partnership with the external RSPP, conducting and organizing regular HSE inductions, audits, inspections, and compliance checks for Fire Safety and Health & Safety standards across Boutiques and other Richemont locations.

- Incident Investigation:



Collaborating with the external RSPP to ensure thorough investigation of all occupational injuries, illnesses, dangerous occurrences, incidents, and at-risk behaviors, identifying root causes and recommending effective preventive and corrective actions.

- Risk Assessment & Management: Providing expert advice and support for all HSE risk assessment activities, and proactively identifying operational HSE risks and opportunities to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Contractor & Supplier Management: Partnering with external contractors and suppliers to ensure their adherence to Health and Safety and Fire Safety standards.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote HSE awareness, collaboration, and compliance.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Contributing to the development and implementation of robust measurement systems to accurately monitor Health and Safety performance, and preparing relevant reports for management.

- Continuous Improvement: Analyzing Health and Safety trends and performance data within the Market to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

- Committee Participation:



Actively participating in the Local HS&E; Management Committee, in conjunction with the external RSPP.

How will you experience success with us?

-

- Experience: Previous experience as an HSE Specialist, preferably within the retail sector or a similar fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding and practical experience with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) standards.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Certifications: ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) certification is highly desirable.

- Language Skills:

- Native Italian speaker.

- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Proficiency in French is a significant advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and train diverse stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build effective working relationships.
