Experteer Overview

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at COMAS, you will design and develop machines and production lines, applying mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, and heat transfer to size thermal and process systems. You will work closely with Assembly and Quality teams to ensure reliable, energy-efficient equipment that meets customer needs. This role sits at the intersection of design, validation, and cross‑functional collaboration within the Coesia group. You will help drive innovation in manufacturing solutions at scale.

- Design and implement cost-effective changes to machine parts based on customer requirements
- Perform sizing and design calculations for mechanical and thermal systems, including heat exchangers and air handling systems
- Apply thermodynamics and heat transfer principles to optimize performance and reliability




- Collaborate with Assembly during project execution
- Engage with Documentation and Quality during validation activities

Responsabilità
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and thermodynamic engineering, including design and sizing of thermal systems and process equipment
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Proficient xysqume in CAD tools (Inventor, AutoCAD)
- Organized and task-oriented
- Team player
- Strong focus on innovation and curiosity for new solutions
- Willingness to travel on request
- Fluent in English
