Si assicuri di leggere attentamente, quindi invii la sua candidatura. brpb About the Role: /b /p p We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead international custom- engineered plant, EPC package and turnkey projects, typically ranging in value from b€500,000 to /b /ppb€25 million /b . /pp The Project Manager will take overall responsibility for project execution from contract handover through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, final acceptance and close-out. /pp The role includes direct responsibility for customer management, schedule, budget, margin, cash flow, contractual compliance, risks, variations and claims. /pp Working in a matrix organization, the Project Manager will coordinate internal functions, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams, actively driving decisions, resolving critical issues and implementing recovery plans where required. /pp This is a hands-on role, not limited to project reporting or coordination. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /p ulli Take full ownership of assigned projects from contract handover through final acceptance andclose-out. /lili Define and manage the project execution strategy, including schedule, budget, resources,



procurement priorities and contractual milestones. /lili Coordinate engineering, procurement, expediting, manufacturing, quality, logistics, construction and commissioning activities. /lili Act as the primary interface with the customer and lead internal and external project reviews. /lili Monitor project progress, critical-path activities, risks and delays, implementing recovery actions where required. /lili Manage project financial performance, including budget, margin, cash flow, invoicing, collections, cost-to-complete and forecasting. /lili Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims and change orders, ensuring that deviations and additional work are properly documented and commercially protected. /lili Safeguard Boldrocchi’s contractual position regarding milestones, warranties, liquidated damages, performance guarantees and acceptance criteria. /lili Drive supplier and subcontractor performance together with Procurement, Expediting and Project Quality, addressing delays and quality issues where necessary. /lili Ensure the timely submission and approval of technical documentation and contractual deliverables. /lili Coordinate site execution, commissioning, start-up and performance testing with the relevant site and technical teams. /lili Ensure the timely closure of punch lists, outstanding claims, documentation and final payments. /lili Provide management with clear reporting on project status, financial performance, risks and required decisions. /li /ul pb What we are looking for:
