Experteer Overview
As an e-commerce Expert, you will manage and optimize the online presence for one of our four Group brands across specified markets. You’ll drive revenue, oversee day-to-day site operations, and monitor performance with cross-functional teams. You’ll generate KPI and customer-journey reports and lead monthly performance reviews. This role blends merchandising focus with exposure to the full digital marketing mix, offering meaningful impact across brand growth.

- Drive revenues to meet annual targets
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce platform operations for functionality, usability, and performance
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage the commercial calendar for assigned brands
- Update homepage/category pages to improve customer experience
- Ensure promotions are correctly set up and tested before deployment
- Forecast sales based on historical data and market trends
- Coordinate with Ecommerce Manager to prioritize and schedule activities
- Coordinate with development team to fix website bugs
- Collaborate with Customer Services to capture voice-of-customer feedback and implement changes
- Exposure to digital marketing mix (SEO, PPC, affiliates, email) with merchandising as main focus
Responsabilità
- 6+ years of eCommerce experience in fast-moving environments or strategic consultancy/digital agency
- Track record of successful B2C projects with multi-country coverage
- Data-driven with regular KPI analyses
- Proficient in Google Analytics and BI tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability xysqume to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated team player who can also work independently
- Solid understanding of digital marketing landscape (SEO, Data analytics, performance marketing, affiliates, ecommerce)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce or platforms like Shopify or Magento
- Knowledge of DAM, PIM and CMS platforms
- Direct experience in international business projects
