That’s our promise to such a candidate. /p pb Your Mission /b /pp As Project/Construction Manager Energy Efficiency you will coordinate with other Operations team members, Sales team and external partners for the design and realization of EE projects, playing a key role in maintaining a high operability and profitability of GY in Italy. /p pb A few examples of your responsibilities /b /pulli Engage with the b commercial team to support the development of new opportunities /b and take ownership of their b technical business development /b .



/lili Develop energy audits across industrial and tertiary sites to define energy baselines and identify efficiency measures. /lili Estimate EPC costs and assess technical and economic feasibility, ensuring opportunities are accurate, competitive, and profitable /lili Coordinate engineering partners and service providers in b developing designs to define project /b scope, budget, schedule, and technical specifications. /lili Manage supplier qualification, negotiations, and contractual aspects. /lili Calculate energy savings, incentives, and certificates in compliance with applicable regulations. /lili Liaise with Customers’ technical and management teams to address concerns and secure alignment. /lili Support the preparation of contract annexes, focusing on technical scope, guarantees, budget, and timelines. /lili Lead meetings with Customers, EPC contractors, and partners. /lili Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes, capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices across Italy and Europe. /li /ul pb What we look for /b /pullib Master’s degree /b in Energy or Electric Engineering. /lilib3+years of professional experience /b in Project Management of energy efficiency projects within services companies b (experience in MV and LV electrical scope of work preferred). /b /lilib EE guy /b .



Good technical understanding of EE technologies (refrigeration, steam, climate, lighting...). /lili Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and incentive mechanisms supporting energy efficiency initiatives, including b White Certificates /b (Titoli di Efficienza Energetica), the b Thermal Account /b (Conto Termico). /lilib Design /b/monitoring tools (i.e. Autocad, Edilclima) with MS Office proficiency. /lilib Interpersonal skills /b .
