JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Catering Specialist to support in-store hospitality activities and contribute to delivering an elevated client experience within our boutiques.

This role plays a key part in creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every detail of the catering service reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-

- Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients, contributing to a high‑end store atmosphere

- Support the setup and management of catering services (welcome drinks, coffee service, light food offerings)

- Ensure impeccable presentation and organization of all hospitality areas

- Maintain cleanliness, order, and attention to detail in all service‑related spaces

- Assist the boutique team during events, peak periods, and special client activations





- Handle client requests with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency

- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and service standards at all times

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, events, or catering

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

Positive attitude and energy

Attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity

Ability to anticipate client needs with discretion
