ppPisa Research Center plays a leading role within Huawei Group in researching new technologies and applications in the field of digital energy. /p pWe are looking for a leading expert with long-term experience in plant control and microgrid technologies to drive our innovation and development in the digital energy sector. /p pAs a leading expert, set up and lead the research team, build the key core competitiveness of products in the domain, and achieve the business success of next-generation energy products. /p pYou will join a dynamic and highly collaborative team of experts and PhDs passionate about research projects and innovative solutions. /p h3Position Responsibilities /h3 ul liHave an in-depth understanding of digital energy-related businesses and gain insight into the requirements and trends of the European market. /li liDefine and design innovative plant control and microgrid solutions that meet customer needs and address their pain points. /li liWork closely with the product team to guide product development and technology roadmap development. /li liActively participate in strategic partnership technical discussions with European power companies. /li liOccasionally represent the company at key industry conferences and events when technical expertise is required. /li liMonitor industry standard evolution and provide technical input to support product competitiveness. Gain insight into and analyze the latest technologies in the industry, provide strategies for related products of the company, make breakthroughs in key technologies, and build the core competitiveness of related technologies.



/li /ul h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in Power Plant Controller (PPC), Micro Grid Controller (MGCC), Energy Management System (EMS). /li liFamiliarity with the delivery process of new energy power plants and microgrid projects in Europe. /li liDeep knowledge of safety standards for microgrid and power plants installations across Europe. /li liProficiency in IEC 61131 standard and tools, including Structured Text (ST) and Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming. /li liHave led the RD of products or solutions that have been used in multiple 100 MW or larger projects in Europe. /li liHave an in-depth understanding of power plant scenarios, and understand the pain points of European power plant users and project implementation issues. /li liLong-term experience with the usage of products (both hardware and software) by Siemens or Schneider Electric for microgrid installations and control, including connection to third-party devices, is preferred. /li liExperience in power forecasting, power market analysis, or VPP development is a plus. /li liPower system software background is preferred. /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills, able to work effectively with China HQ and external partners. /li liFluency in English (both written and spoken) and availability to travel in Europe and in China.
