If this sounds intriguing, please consider this role with Prime Video.Key job responsibilitiesBe the subject matter expert for your assigned programDefine value proposition, entitlement, and limitations to cross‐functional teamsBe the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer and partner experience outcomesOwn and support global cross‐team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi‐task based on severity level and strong business judgementDeep dive and instrument data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teamsBe a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps and is not afraid to get their hands dirty and deliver short‐term scrappy solutionsPossess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast‐paced and highly ambiguous work environmentAbout the teamThe Publishing and Quality Program team within Prime Video Global Operations is responsible for delivering On‐Time and In‐Quality content experiences for customers. We work with Product, Tech, Business, and our operations teams across India, Spain, Costa Rica, and Japan to build scaled solutions and processes to directly improve the customer experience with Prime Video.Basic Qualifications5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management,

Your Amazon package will include sign‐on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
