This role demands a high capacity to Learn and be Curious, Earn Trust, Invent and Simplify, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast‐moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross‐functional teams within Amazon and technical teams. If this sounds intriguing, please consider this role with Prime Video.Key job responsibilitiesBe the subject matter expert for your assigned programDefine value proposition, entitlement, and limitations to cross‐functional teamsBe the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer and partner experience outcomesOwn and support global cross‐team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi‐task based on severity level and strong business judgementDeep dive and instrument data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teamsBe a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps and is not afraid to get their hands dirty and deliver short‐term scrappy solutionsPossess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast‐paced and highly ambiguous work environmentAbout the teamThe Publishing and Quality Program team within Prime Video Global Operations is responsible for delivering On‐Time and In‐Quality content experiences for customers. We work with Product, Tech, Business, and our operations teams across India, Spain, Costa Rica, and Japan to build scaled solutions and processes to directly improve the customer experience with Prime Video.Basic Qualifications5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management,



Program Management experienceExperience owning end‐to‐end programs to drive resultsExperience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non‐technical leadersExperience leading cross‐functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlinesExperience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilitiesBachelor's degree, or 10+ years of professional experienceExperience with end‐to‐end ownership of major project deliverablesPreferred QualificationsExperience with advanced Excel, SQL, and MySQLExperience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communicationMaster's degree8+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management within large global organizationsDemonstrated ability to work cross‐functionally with engineering, product, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiencesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign‐on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
