About the job:

- Support the development of battery disconnect switches and power distribution modules through product hardware design and electronics modifications
- Coordinate product development activities to ensure successful design and launch of new products
- Prototype, simulate, and test designs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Support mechanical design engineers, product, quality and the procurement teams in the product modification activities
- Translate customer requirements into product specifications
- Drive innovative technical solutions
- Manage global stakeholders,
both internal and external
About you:
-
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in hardware design and development
- Proficient in CAD tools, ideally Altium Designer
- Background in the automotive industry preferred; familiarity with IATF and ATEX standards is a plus
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal Italian skills and fluent in English.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
- Proactive self‑starter with a strong drive to learn and apply new concepts
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
Offered salary range: €45,000‑€60,000 gross
