ph3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 pThe role is primarily responsible for budget monitoring, financial planning, and cost impact assessment. It ensures that projects remain within approved budgets and financial targets throughout their lifecycle by establishing and maintaining cost and budget baselines, performing variance analysis to identify and address deviations, and delivering accurate financial. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liBudget Planning Setup: Build a comprehensive project budget, with a structured breakdown, aligned with approved initiatives. Monitor the entire lifecycle with the support of project teams and key stakeholders, highlighting any deviations in advance. /li liCost Control Tracking: Monitor actual expenditures against forecasts, actively contributing to change requests and identifying cost reduction opportunities. /li liBudget and Cost Governance: budget and cost reporting, variance analysis, future initiatives, and change management activities /li liBusiness Case Development Support: contribute in preparing and maintaining business cases by providing financial analysis, cost estimates, investment assessments, and scenario modeling. /li /ul h3REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS /h3 pExperience: 5+ years in project controlling, budget and cost monitoring, and financial analysis. Experience in PMO roles and in the automotive industry is considered a plus. /p pEducation: Master’s Degree, preferably in Management, Economics, or Engineering /p pTechnical Skills: Advanced data analysis, financial modeling and risk mitigation expertise. Strong spreadsheet modeling expertise,



including advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as pivot tables, complex formulas, and scenario data tables. Familiarity with additional analytical tools, such as MS Project and Power BI, is preferred. /p pCore Competencies: /p ul liStrategic and creative thinking /li liAbility to structure complex problems and synthesize key insights and implications. /li liResults-oriented /li liCurious, adaptable, passionate, and committed to continuous learning /li liLanguages: excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
