This role is strongly focused on new business development, targeting law firms, legal departments, and legal professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentIdentify, target, and acquire new mid-market clients across ItalyBuild and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling) and inbound leadsLead the entire sales cycle from A to Z: discovery, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal, negotiation,
and closingUnderstand client needs and position tailored SaaS solutions with clear business valueConduct product presentations and demos to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate closely with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead generation and conversionMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM toolsConsistently meet and exceed revenue targetsProfile3+ years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS / legaltech / software environmentsProven track record in new business acquisition and closing dealsStrong ability to manage complex sales cycles with xrtlpzc multiple stakeholdersComfortable presenting and selling technology solutionsAbility to simplify and clearly communicate technical conceptsKnowledge of the legal sector is a plusStrong communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven and proactive mindsetEnglish : C1CompensationPackage: €40K base + €15K uncapped variableLocation: Milan or Paris
