Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the maintenance of shop equipment (welding machines, robots, milling machines, lathes, manipulators and other special assets) and supervise a shift-based team of maintenance operators. You will define and ensure adherence to the maintenance plan, manage internal and external capabilities, and report to the Site Leader at Monfalcone, Italy. The role focuses on keeping the workshop at state‑of‑the-art level and coordinating critical asset care to support operational continuity and safety.

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field
- 8+ years of Operations, Maintenance, Safety
- Experience in TPM and 5S programs implementation
- Execution leadership xysqume experience
- Cross-functional coordination
- Intermediate English competency at B1
