We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Support Team in Italy. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by coordinating administrative processes, customer support, documentation, and internal communication.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other functional departments to support throughout the entire sales process. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily sales administration and coordinating internal communication.
- Managing customer inquiries, quotations, contracts, and order documentation.
- Preparing, reviewing, and tracking shipping and commercial documents.
- Maintaining CRM and SAP systems, managing leads, and monitoring sales opportunities.
- Following up on customer payments, deliveries, and contract execution.
- Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient order processing.
- Preparing reports, forecasts,
and sales analysis to support business decisions.
- Assisting customers with pre-sales and after-sales inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in finance-related administrative processes and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English;
native proficiency in the local language is required.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
