Job Overview

Are you passionate about financial reporting, consolidation and complex international business environments?

We are looking for a Group Financial Consolidation Analyst to join our Global Consolidation Team and contribute to the preparation of Stellantis' consolidated financial statements.

In this role, you will work at the heart of the Group Finance organization, collaborating with teams worldwide and supporting reporting activities that are critical for external communication, regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility across a multinational organization while developing deep expertise in IFRS reporting, consolidation processes and financial systems.

Responsibilities





The responsibilities of the Group Financial Consolidation Analyst include, but are not limited to:

- Support the preparation of Stellantis consolidated financial statements and related disclosures under IFRS standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial data submitted by regional and corporate entities to ensure completeness, consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare and review consolidation adjustments and journal entries.
- Contribute to the preparation of notes to the financial statements and external reporting packages.
- Partner with finance teams across different regions to support reporting and closing activities.
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired entities into the consolidation process.
- Support internal and external audit activities, providing analysis and documentation as required.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving consolidation processes, reporting quality and financial systems.
- Contribute to maintaining a strong control environment and supporting SOX compliance requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

We are looking for motivated professionals who combine strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset.

Required Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Audit or Corporate Accounting.




- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
- Understanding of IFRS standards.
- Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience within multinational companies or consulting/audit firms (Big4 experience is considered a plus).
- Experience with consolidation and reporting tools such as Oracle, OneStream or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in an international environment.

Offer

- Salary range: from 39 K€ to 42 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL - CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
