In this role you translate brand vision into immersive, luxury retail experiences. You will lead creative architecture direction for global flagship, residence, and department store projects, shaping spatial narratives and material language. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll push innovative design concepts while ensuring craftsmanship and brand integrity across project phases. You join a global luxury group that values talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and transformative retail environments. Develop conceptual narratives through layouts, mood boards, material research and presentations

Collaborate with internal design team to oversee 3D models and maintain creative integrity
Ensure high design excellence, material sensitivity and detail across projects
Collaborate with Store Planning, Visual Merchandising and cross-functional teams
Coordinate with stakeholders to support rollout of new concepts worldwide
Responsabilità

Background in Architecture or Interior Design
7 years of experience in architecture and retail design within luxury brands or high-end environments
Strong experience in conceptual design development for retail and spatial experiences
Exceptional research skills with sensitivity xysqume to art, materials, textures and craftsmanship
Strong hand-sketching, drawing, mockups and presentation skills
Ability to translate concepts into emotionally engaging and commercially relevant spaces
Deep understanding of luxury retail environments, customer experience and visual storytelling
Experience working across multidisciplinary and international teams
Strong communication and leadership to guide development across stakeholders
