ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for a Planning Engineer to join an important Oil & Gas development project based in the Milan area, Italy. The selected professional will be involved in the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and handover activities, supporting proactive project execution and schedule control. The role requires experience in baseline schedule preparation, progress measurement, critical path analysis, look-ahead planning, delay analysis, and integration of subcontractor and multidisciplinary execution schedules. Main Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering At least 8 years of experience in planning / scheduling after graduation Proven experience in project scheduling within Oil & Gas, EPC, EPIC, or industrial projects Good knowledge of WBS development, critical path analysis, progress measurement,
