ph3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 /brpYou will join a long-term initiative in collaboration with a globally recognized industry leader. The project focuses on advancing bphysical AI and multi-fleet management systems /b, aimed at significantly enhancing the performance and efficiency of outdoor vehicles. /p /brpThis is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of brobotics, AI, and real-world hardware /b, where solutions go beyond simulation into practical application. The team is involved not only in building new capabilities but also in bretrofitting existing systems with intelligent components /b, bringing innovation to already deployed equipment. /p /brh3RESPONSIBILITIE /h3 /brul /brliDefine and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions across domains (mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, AMRs) /li /brliDesign scalable, reusable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystem /li /brliLead end-to-end delivery: from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems /li /brliEstablish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across the robotics team /li /brliEvaluate, select, and evolve technologies, tools, and platforms within the robotics stack /li /brliDrive research in emerging robotics trends and translate insights into practical architectural decisions /li /brliArchitect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems /li /brliEnsure integration of hardware and software, including sensors, actuators, real-time systems, and electromechanical components /li /brliOversee simulation and validation using tools such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar /li /brliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, cloud, embedded, product) to align technical solutions with business goals /li /brliEngage with clients through workshops, technical discussions, and architecture presentations (pre-sales and delivery)



/li /br /ul /brh3REQUIREMENT /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field /li /brliProven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution design /li /brliExpert proficiency in C++ and/or Python, building production-grade robotics software /li /brliStrong experience with ROS2, including defining standards and best practices /li /brliHands-on experience across robotics domains (mobile robots, arms, drones, autonomous systems /li /brliDeep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, vision, radar, GPS), localization, mapping, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt2) /li /brliExperience with simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar) /li /brliStrong background in control systems, real-time computing, and hardware-software co-design /li /brliFamiliarity with cloud and IoT ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including deployment pipelines /li /brliKnowledge of industrial/embedded ecosystems (ARM, STM32, RTOS, PLC, SCADA) /li /brliExperience in multi-robot and multi-vendor integration environments /li /brliStrong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with solid mathematical foundation /li /brliExcellent communication skills, including presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders /li /brliProven experience in technical pre-sales (solution design, workshops, client engagement) /li /brliLeadership experience, mentoring engineers, and guiding technical direction /li /brliAdvanced English proficiency for daily communication, documentation, and stakeholder interaction /li /br /ul /brpSoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
