If you're driven by excellence, enjoy managing multiple stakeholders, and want to help shape the future of clean energy, we'd love to hear from yo /p p u. brWhat You'll Be Do /pp ingAs our Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standar /p p ds. brYour responsibilities will incl /pulli ude:Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Solar PV proje /lili cts.Managing project schedules, budgets, quality, risks, resources, and contractor performa /lili nce.Ensuring contractual obligations and project milestones are achie /lili ved.Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional delivery standa /lili rds.Supporting the Business Development team by assessing project feasibility and participating in site visits where requi /lili red.Monitoring the project pipeline and coordinating project kick-off activit /lili ies.Managing project cash flow and payment applicati /lili ons.Supporting EPC contract negotiations and project acquisiti /lili ons.Ensuring compliance with company QEHS standards, local regulations, and industry best practi /lili ces.Coordinating project acceptance, commissioning, warranty management, and hando /lili ver.Providing regular project reporting to local management and global headquart /li /ul p ers. brWhat We're Lookin /pp g ForWe're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership sk /ppb ills.Essential requirem /b /pulli ents: Fluent in Eng /lili lish. 5+ years' experience as a Project Man /lili ager. Minimum 3 years' experience delivering Solar PV proj /lili ects. Strong knowledge of the Italian EPC ma /lili rket. Familiarity with international standards and project management best pract /lili ices. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneo /lili usly. Proactive, adaptable, organised, and solutions-foc /lili used.
