Lo scopra qui sotto. brpb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Manage, monitor, and finalize time and attendance data through Zucchetti (Presenze Project), including the analysis and resolution of discrepancies and anomalies.
/lili Enter and verify payroll variables (overtime, allowances, absences, reimbursements) within the Zucchetti system. /lili Coordinate with the external payroll provider for payroll processing and payslip validation. /lili Oversee monthly payroll-related activities and statutory compliance requirements (INPS, INAIL, CU, Model 770, pension and welfare funds). /lili Manage employee master data and contractual information within Zucchetti HR modules. /lili Provide support and guidance to employees regarding attendance records, payslips, and contractual matters. /lili Act as a Key User for HR systems, providing support to internal users, delivering operational training, and contributing to HR system enhancement and migration projects. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a specialization in HR Administration, Payroll, and Social Security Contributions. /lili4–7 years of experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll roles. /lili Strong knowledge of Zucchetti HR modules, in particular: Presenze Project / Workflow. /lili Solid understanding of Italian labor law and relevant collective bargaining agreements (CCNLs). /lili Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables. /lili Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and capability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. /lili Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. /lili Good command of the English language. xrdbqlu /li /ul pb Pay range and benefits package /b /pulli Gross annual salary: from €30.000 to €40.000 /lili Smart Working policy (max. 8 days per month) /lili Meal vouchers /li /ul /p /p
