Coesia has operating units in 36 countries, a turnover of 2,084 million euros in 2023 and over 8,000 employees. /ph3About the Project: /h3pWe are at the forefront of innovation, pioneering the next-generation material handling and transportation system within the cutting-edge semiconductor sector. /ppJoining our strategic project, where the high technological content will optimize material flow, you will be a vital link between groundbreaking innovation and practical execution. /ppAs part of our dynamic execution team, you will bring this technology from concept to reality, collaborating with top engineers, getting advanced training at our RD hub in Sweden, and leading its application at our customer’s facility in Sicily. /ph3About the Role: /h3pAs Onsite Project Manager, you will support the execution of the project through daily onsite coordination, progress monitoring, and structured reporting to the PMO. Acting as the operational interface between onsite teams and central functions, you will ensure accurate information flow, timely escalation of issues, and continuous alignment between planning and execution. /ppThe position will be based in Bologna, but the role requires regular onsite presence and close collaboration with installation teams,



subcontractors, supply chain, and engineering functions. /ppThe Onsite Project Coordinator reports directly to the Project Manager / PMO Lead. /ph3Main responsibilities will include: /h3h3Onsite Presence Coordination /h3ulliAttend customer meetings and all relevant onsite coordination meetings. /liliAct as the primary onsite point of contact for installation teams and subcontractors. /liliMonitor daily installation progress and immediately report deviations from plan. /liliEnsure consistent onsite presence to support execution and coordination activities. /li /ulh3Materials Supply Chain Coordination /h3ulliTrack material availability and delivery status in coordination with Supply Chain. /liliUpdate delivery priorities and dates based on installation needs. /liliAlign installation planning with material readiness. /liliReport missing materials, delivery delays, and their impact on the project schedule. /li /ulh3Resource Monitoring /h3ulliMonitor availability of onsite resources, tools, and equipment. /liliIdentify needs for resource optimization, reinforcement, or shift changes. /liliSupport the planning and coordination of additional shifts when required. /li /ulh3Project Planning Reporting /h3ulliMaintain and update the project Gantt chart on a daily basis using Microsoft Project. /liliIdentify blocking points and propose mitigation or recovery actions.



/liliProvide structured daily progress updates to the PMO, including status, issues, and risks. /liliMaintain accurate documentation of progress, decisions, and open points. /li /ulh3Issue Risk Management /h3ulliProactively identify risks related to installation activities, materials, or sequencing. /liliEscalate critical issues to the PMO with clear impact and urgency assessment. /liliSupport the definition and tracking of recovery and mitigation actions. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful: /h3ulliProven experience in onsite coordination roles or project execution environments. /liliStrong knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project required). /liliAbility to read and understand technical and engineering documentation. /liliStrong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. /liliProblem‑solving mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure. /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken. /liliAvailability to work from Bologna 30% of the time /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 44.400, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role. /ppThe compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual premio, which can reach 8% of base salary at target /ppA range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. /ppThe applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico. /ppCoesia is an equal opportunity employer.
