We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist who is proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about building relationships through effective communication. In this role, you will directly contribute to pipeline growth by supporting demand generation and lead qualification activities, with a concrete impact on business opportunities and revenue development. by managing qualification calls, campaign follow ups, customer invitations, and engagement activities to strengthen customer relationships and identify business opportunities. YOUR JOB – What would be your responsibilities? • Conduct qualification calls to assess customer needs, interests, and business potential, Manage and work on contact lists generated from digital marketing campaigns (inbound and outbound leads) • Perform follow-up and recall activities related to marketing and commercial campaigns • Contact customers and prospects to promote events, webinars,



workshops, and company initiatives • Manage invitation campaigns and attendance confirmations for corporate events and marketing activities • Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system • Collect and record relevant customer feedback and market insights • Support customer engagement and retention initiatives through proactive communication • Monitor telemarketing activities and prepare regular reports on outcomes and key metrics • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions • Contribute to the achievement of campaign and business objectives.
