Experteer Overview In this Specialist Product Engineering role, you support test excellence and production readiness for automotive semiconductor applications. You will drive validation, data analysis, and automation to ensure robust products reach markets smoothly. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, cost, and yield while advancing testing standards for embedded non-volatile memory. This position offers a path toward impactful work in a global semiconductor leader focused on decarbonization and digitalization.

Support automotive product development and high-volume production for semiconductor solutions
Analyze embedded non-volatile memory design for corner cases, robustness, and reliability
Generate test sequences and automatic test equipment patterns for validation and characterization
Provide data analysis of test programs to optimize quality, cost, and yield




Define and uphold testing standards for embedded non-volatile memory to improve deliverables
Improve automation across the development workflow to reduce complexity and cycle time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug failures and identify root causes efficiently
Qualifications Strong problem‐solving with clear communication and a proactive, flexible approach
Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Information and Communication Technology, or a related field
Experience in automotive semiconductors or high‐volume manufacturing environments – Nice to have
Experience in data analysis and data processing using statistical methods and visualization tools – Preferred
Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning for test optimization and data analytics – Preferred
Proficiency with Python and Perl for scripting, data analysis, and autom
