Channel Account Manager - Verticals (Public Sector, Healthcare & Education), Italy
The 'Channel Account Manager - Verticals' is responsible for the verticals strategy and execution across Italy. The position requires deep expertise in public sector procurement processes, tender management, business analytics, and indirect sales models. Success in this role is achieved through a data‐driven approach, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate complex multi‐stakeholder sales cycles.

Lead and manage the full tender lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, bid strategy, response coordination, submission, and post‐award follow‐up.




Develop and execute growth strategies across Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education verticals.
Drive business growth through a combination of channel partner engagement and direct sales activities.
Analyze procurement pipelines, framework agreements, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate cross‐functional teams including sales, legal, finance, product management, and operations to deliver high‐quality tender responses.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems (Salesforce).
Deliver regular business reviews, market insights, and performance reporting to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, procurement forums, and customer engagements.
Qualifications and Skills Experience
Proven track record managing complex public sector sales and tender processes.
