Position We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Electromechanical R&D; organization and support the governance and planning of our product development portfolio.



In this role you will work closely with the Electromechanical R&D; Director and with international engineering teams to ensure that development projects are effectively planned, monitored and aligned with business priorities. You will play a key role in structuring project plans, monitoring milestones, analyzing resource capacity and supporting strategic decisions on the development portfolio . Key Responsibilities As Program Coordinator you will: Support the planning and governance of the R&D; project portfolio across multiple product areas Define and maintain project plans , WBS , milestones and development timelines Monitor project progress and identify risks , delays and dependencies Analyze the impact of schedule deviations and support mitigation actions Evaluate R&D; resource capacity and workload , supporting prioritization of development initiatives Produce project forecasts and portfolio performance reports Develop and maintain KPI dashboards t
