In this role you will combine actuarial expertise with commercial leadership to manage Swiss Re's Life & Health Italian client portfolio. You'll drive growth, pricing and product development, and portfolio steering while ensuring high-quality delivery across reinsurance solutions, transactions, and value-added services. You will collaborate across Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, and other teams to deliver client-focused outcomes and strengthen Swiss Re's market position in Italy. This is a hands‐on, multi‐faceted position at the intersection of analytics and client engagement with a clear impact on profitability and strategic growth. Retribuzione / Benefits Own the end‐to‐end client relationship in Italy and ensure seamless service delivery Develop and execute growth strategies leveraging actuarial expertise in pricing, product development,



and portfolio steering Drive pricing and profitability analysis with clients for life reinsurance treaties and new product pricing Monitor portfolio performance using data‐driven insights and proactive management Build and sustain trusted client relationships to position Swiss Re as a leading partner in Italy Manage financial performance of in‐force portfolios and structure new business opportunities Expand market presence through a strong professional network in the Italian insurance market Represent Swiss Re as a credible technical ambassador at meetings, events, and forums Responsabilità Minimum 10 years of Italian L&H; (re)insurance experience Strong actuarial background with relevant qualifications (e.g., Ordine Nazionale degli Attuari or equivalent) Fluent xrdztoy Italian and English (spoken and written) Proven client‐facing or commercially accountable experience in insurance or reinsurance Solid understanding of local GAAP/IFRS and regulatory frameworks including Solvency II and IVASS context Re
