About the Company
The business operates in a high-volume, fast-paced tendering environment where speed to market is critical. This is a food manufacturing business; you must have recent experience in this industry to be considered.
About the Role
Your role will be to identify where projects are getting stuck, bring the right people together, and drive delivery through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercialisation process from initial customer concept through to successful product launch.
- Manage multiple fast-moving tenders and NPD projects simultaneously.
- Identify bottlenecks across Commercial, R&D;, Operations, and Finance, and implement practical solutions to keep projects moving.
- Act as an independent project lead, ensuring accountability across all functions.
- Challenge existing processes and remove unnecessary complexity.




- Coordinate key stakeholders to improve communication and speed of decision-making.
- Ensure customer deadlines are achieved by driving pace and ownership throughout the organisation.

Qualifications
Proven experience leading commercialisation or end-to-end NPD projects within FMCG or food manufacturing.
Required Skills
- A strong background in fast-paced, high-volume tendering environments.
- Experience working across Commercial, Sales, R&D;, Operations and Finance.

Preferred Skills
- Italian language skills would be highly advantageous.
- Experience working within international or multicultural manufacturing environments.
- Strong change management experience.
