Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for a Strategy Manager for our Rome Laurentina office. The resources will be inserted into the Strategy – Inorganic Growth Strategy Function which has the mission of supporting the achievement of the Division's strategic-industrial objectives through the identification,



evaluation and execution of inorganic growth initiatives (including M&A; operations, strategic equity, JVs, Newcos, business disposals, etc.). The person we identify must guarantee, in full autonomy:
Responsibilities The management of project activities relating to inorganic growth initiatives, with the ability to coordinate advisors and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives, progress, quality of deliverables and respect for deadlines;
The carrying out of economic-financial analysis and business planning activities, contributing to the evaluation of risks, opportunities and industrial sustainability of operations;
The resource support market scouting and monitoring activities for Cyber and Digital, analyzing companies, start-ups and sector trends, and contribute to the preparation of informative and decision-making materials for management and the M&A; Committee.
