SALES / BUSINESS CONTROLLER
The selected candidate will be expected to step into a high-profile, international and fast-growing managerial environment. The current transformation phase will provide the chosen candidate with strong exposure to corporate strategies alongside senior leadership, as well as the opportunity to actively contribute to the transformation of finance processes. In the medium term, this role may also offer access to international career development opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a global and thorough understanding of the business status;
identifying gaps between status and expected targets and formulating business recommendations, in compliance with corporate strategy & rules;
- Contribute to the budgets and forecasts process in close collaboration with function directors.
- Analyze marketing & overhead budgets and spending and make recommendations to maximize profitability;
- Develop, implement and adapt existing controlling tools and standard processes according to business needs;
- Guarantee, in coordination with the Financial Planning & Reporting Team, an efficient reporting system and business intelligence management.
Who you are:
- About 4-5 years of work experience in Controlling and Finance.
FMCG industry experience would be a plus but we are open to all industries experiences;
- Consolidated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Advanced Excel is essential);
- Ideally familiar with SAP environment;
- Data analytics skillset and mindset, eager to innovate and contribute to the Group’s growth;
- Fluent both in English and Italian;
French would be a plus;
- Preferred degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Management / Administration.

Salary Package: Range 55.000 – 60.000€
