The client requires on-site presence, ideally 2/3days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).Project Duration: September 2026 – December 2026, with a potential extension of 6 additional months based on project needs and performance.Assessment: 1 Interview with partner + 1 Interview with the ClientDaily Rate: 200-220€, to be evaluated based on seniority level and competenciesPlease find below a more detailed job description_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________The client is looking for a professional with approximately 4–5 years of experience, capable of managing complex initiatives, coordinating large-scale events, and effectively engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.The selected candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on event management and client activation activities, ensuring seamless delivery, effective stakeholder coordination, and high-quality execution across multiple workstreams.Key activities include:Managing end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standardsPlanning, coordinating,



and executing large-scale events, including management of agencies, vendors, logistics, and internal stakeholdersSupporting client activation initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement, participation, and business impactCoordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholdersManaging project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgetsPreparing status reports, governance materials, and executive updates for senior stakeholdersManaging multiple parallel initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environmentActing as a key liaison between client teams, agencies, suppliers, and other project stakeholdersRequired skills & experience:4–5 years of experience in Project Management rolesProven experience managing marketing-related projects, including coordination of large-scale eventsExperience in client activation, customer engagement, loyalty, or related marketing initiativesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExcellent organizational and planning capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and execution-oriented mindsetExperience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsFluency in Italian and EnglishNice to have:Experience within the payments industryKnowledge of the payments ecosystem, including key market dynamics, players, and customer engagement models
