/li /ul h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liDefine and evolve the vision and strategy for Telekom’s design system together with Design, Engineering and Product leadership. /li liDrive design system initiatives across cross‑functional teams while providing expert design leadership. /li liOwn and evolve components, tokens, patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and accessibility. /li liEnable designers, engineers and product teams to adopt, contribute to and continuously improve the design system. /li liBalance standardization with flexibility, enabling innovation within shared foundations. /li liChampion accessibility and inclusive design as core principles. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve tooling, governance and workflows while integrating emerging technologies. /li liMentor designers and foster excellence through coaching and knowledge sharing without direct disciplinary responsibility. /li /ul h3Your Skills /h3 ul liStrong design leadership with the ability to influence without formal authority. /li liExcellent interaction, visual and systems design skills. /li liTechnical fluency with design tokens, front‑end frameworks and design tooling. /li liDeep knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design. /li liStrategic thinking aligned with business and product goals. /li liOutstanding communication, facilitation and stakeholder management. /li liCross‑functional leadership and change management capabilities. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Design or a related discipline. /li liSeveral years of experience leading large‑scale design systems in complex product organizations. /li liExperience influencing multidisciplinary teams across Design, Engineering and Product. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
