With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they offer excellent long-term career progression and the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and innovative data centre projects in the industry. brScorra la pagina per visualizzare tutti i requisiti del lavoro e le responsabilità che i candidati selezionati dovranno assumersi. brWe are seeking an experienced brEHS Lead brto oversee all Environmental, Health Safety activities on a major data centre construction project in Milan. brReporting to senior project leadership, you will be responsible for driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with Italian regulations, and leading a team of EHS Advisors to deliver best-in-class safety performance across the project. brKey Responsibilities brLead all Environmental, Health Safety activities on a large-scale data centre construction project. brEnsure full compliance with Italian health, safety and environmental legislation and industry standards. brDevelop, implement and continuously improve site EHS policies, procedures and initiatives. brManage, mentor and develop a team of EHS Advisors on site. brConduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. brDrive a culture of safety excellence and accountability across all project teams and subcontractors. brInvestigate incidents,
