Experteer Overview As a Generative AI Engineer in Capco's Data Analytics and AI team, you define and execute GenAI strategy for clients while advancing Capco's internal AI initiatives. You work with cross-functional teams to design, build and scale innovative GenAI products that solve real business problems. You'll educate both IT and business stakeholders, mentor engineers, and help shape a data‐driven AI transformation agenda with a focus on financial services.

Responsabilità Experience with large-scale language models
Strong understanding of language models, transformers, vector stores and search algorithms
Extensive ETL development and high-performance ML systems engineering
Solid knowledge of modern software development methodologies and CI/CD
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients and partners
Confidence in providing technical guidance to clients
