To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands‐on Operations Team Lead to join our team.
Your Impact In this role, you will take ownership of our sea freight operations, lead a small team while actively contributing to daily business. Your Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight department
Ensure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS) and external regulations
Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
What You Bring Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Minimum 3+ year experience in freight forwarding (sea freight required)
Hands‐on mindset with the ability to lead by example
Flexibility to support operations when needed
Additional certifications (FIATA, customs, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus
Work in a supportive, collaborative, and international environment
