Clinical Project Manager - Early Phase Renal Study (0.5 FTE)
Meet are supporting a small biotech as they transition into clinic this year, and they're looking to bring in an experienced Clinical Project Manager / Clinical Program Manager on a tempo parziale (0.5 FTE) basis to provide hands‐on operational leadership through early clinical execution.
This is a lean team environment with a strong scientific foundation and a clear need for an experienced CPM who can build structure, drive timelines, and mentor stakeholders as the organisation moves into early phase delivery.
Location: Italy preferred (location flexible)
Start Date: August 2026 target
Contract: 12 months
Capacity: ~0.5 FTE (part-time)
Therapy / Programme: Renal (early phase / Phase I focus)
Environment: Small biotech / lean team
Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the integrated project plan, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables for an early phase renal programme
Establish practical governance: meeting cadence, action/decision tracking,



and concise status reporting to keep delivery moving
Coordinate cross‐functional stakeholders and external partners/vendors (as applicable) to ensure on‐time execution
Identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing constraints; implement pragmatic mitigation plans in a resource‐conscious setting
Support and mentor team members with varied levels of experience, helping build internal capability as the company moves into clinic
Requirements Proven experience as a Clinical Project Manager / Clinical Program Manager within clinical development/clinical operations
Strong early phase / Phase I experience (FIH exposure beneficial)
Comfortable working in a small biotech / lean environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to drive alignment and decisions quickly
