About The Position
As a Country Finance Manager within Dometic, you will play a key role as business partner to the Management, actively contributing to the definition of company strategies and the improvement of economic and operational performance. The role will have full responsibility for the Finance function of the Italian operations, ensuring solid administrative processes, high‐quality reporting, and strategic support to both local management and the Group. The position covers 3 legal entities including 2 plants, a warehouse and a sales company,



and supports several business units.
Your Main Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the finance team to achieve results while transitioning towards an evolution of processes, greater structure, and a data‐driven culture. Set clear direction, establish goals and expectations, and ensure strong execution.
Oversee general accounting, management reporting, and controlling activities.
Manage key financial milestones (closings, group reporting, annual budget, forecasts, etc.) ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and high‐quality analysis for both management and the Group.
Monitor key financial, operational, and commercial KPIs, with particular attention to product, business line, and customer profitability.
Assess overall business performance, supporting Management in identifying critical issues and defining corrective measures.
Interface with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
