Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and customer‐focused Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of HVAC‐R customers across a broad European market. The role is client‐facing, high‐volume sales conducted primarily through digital channels and can be based in Belluno with flexibility for remote work.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with HVAC‐R customers via remote channels (video, phone, email)Manage a high‐volume, diverse portfolio of regional and international accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and follow‐upConduct regular customer check‐ins to understand needs and identify growth opportunitiesDrive upsell and cross‐sell initiatives across the full product and solutions portfolio, clearly translating technical value into customer benefitsLead pricing discussions and contract negotiations within defined frameworksOwn and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and documentationAct as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts,



coordinating internally to deliver a seamless customer experienceIdentify and develop "hidden champions" within customer organizations to expand business potentialMonitor HVAC‐R market trends, competitor activity, and customer challenges to inform sales strategyEngage with agents and support indirect sales channels where relevantProactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts and the wider marketRequired Skills and Qualifications1‐3 years' experience in sales, account management, or technical salesProven ability to manage a broad portfolio with strong prioritization, time management, and follow‐up disciplineExperience working towards targets and sales quotas in a high‐volume environment, with a results‐driven mindsetStrong communication skills, particularly in remote/digital customer engagementCustomer‐centric and solution‐oriented approach, with the ability to build lasting relationshipsExperience using CRM too
