1.01 Achieves business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) and promotes the growth of stores in its reference area, in compliance with company guidelines.
1.02 Manages all costs consistently with the allocated budget.
1.03 Maintains and improves the image of the points of sale, the performance of the staff, the products, guaranteeing the customer a level of service in line with company standards and the philosophy of the Brand.




1.04 Manages and controls the staff of the POS in terms of selection, development and assignment of adequate tasks and targets, in accordance with the business objectives and performance expectations of the stores in the assigned area.
1.05 Monitors ongoing activities in the stores, both proactively and reactively, in order to implement quick solutions that allow you to maintain in line with business objectives.
1.06 Is responsible for enhancing staff knowledge through suitable training activities, such as: products, customers, sales techniques, coordination of store activities with the other touchpoints of the Brand.
1.07 Manages, coordinates and controls the assigned resources (people, costs, investments).
1.08 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities.
