Responsibilities Own the development strategy and lifecycle management of PCRF platform, including capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, and technology evolution Lead the introduction of new services and platform capabilities, from requirements gathering through deployment and operational handover Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions Drive vendor engagement, including technical evaluations, contract scope definition, and delivery governance Participate in tender processes by defining technical requirements, evaluating proposals, and selecting optimal solutions Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including hardware/software delivery, deployment planning, and cross-functional execution Provide expert gu
