Leaf Strategy & Program Delivery Executive (Fixed-term contract) Be a part of a revolutionary change. PMI is transforming to deliver a smoke-free future. This role supports Leaf Management on internal and external communication, planning activities, budget development and monitoring, and collaboration with Leaf and IT teams to maintain Leaf systems. Your Responsibilities COMMUNICATION: Coordinate Leaf Communication plan (internal and external activities); assist in preparing communication materials with input from EA and Legal teams; prepare materials to present department activities and special projects; coordinate internal visits and external Leaf events. CONTROLS & COMPLIANCE: Maintain a controlled and compliant environment; ensure timely financial and legal review of contracts (CRF cycle); support corporate and internal audits; manage Conflict of Interest disclosures with the IC team and develop mitigation plans; support privacy-related due diligence (DPIA)



and related documentation for contracts per PMI procedures. IT Area: Support Leaf Planning Manager in IT budget preparation and checks; perform access controls quarterly; assist with system implementations; collaborate with Leaf and IT teams on new developments and technical issues related to Leaf systems. DATA Management: Update crop overview monthly with commentary; collect information and update weekly WDS report; support deadlines management; ensure proper data collection and maintenance of reporting tools. KEY DOCUMENTATION: Provide documentation to AGEA in due time; coordinate document collection during AGEA annual controls; coordinate execution of additional ad hoc requests. ANALYSIS: Learn and support the preparation of the leaf strategy; provide basic support for OB/RF cycles to management and assist with basic analysis of crop performance.
