Experteer Overview

Teva seeks a seasoned quality, compliance and operations leader to head the TORCH team, driving risk mitigation and inspection readiness across internal and external sites. You will partner with site leaders across Quality, Compliance and Operations to enable reliable patient supply and regulatory compliance. You will lead investigations, CAPA, and global quality initiatives while shaping a mature culture of Quality. This role offers global scope, cross-functional impact, and strategic transformation into growth.

Responsibilities

- Lead quality compliance activities and risk-based decision making across TORCH and site networks
- Drive inspection readiness programs, including preparation of SMEs and strategy for regulatory inspections
- Oversee investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA development/effectiveness monitoring
- Provide guidance to ensure compliance with Teva's global standards and cGMP requirements
- Support global quality initiatives, long-range planning and knowledge management of quality events
- Review inspection readiness dashboards, self-audit programs, trends, and CAPA effectiveness
- Coordinate with site compliance teams for mock audits and readiness




- Develop QIPs to minimize quality risk and improve performance and KPIs
- Lead cross-site investigations and provide escalation and governance for quality issues
- Support health authority interactions and post-inspection commitments

Qualifications
- 10+ years as a functional leader with technical, team management and operational responsibility
- Strong experience in Compliance and Health Authority interactions and inspection readiness
- Proven record in audit/inspection management, response writing, investigations and CAPA programs

- Working knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and pharmacopoeial requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to navigate a matrix environment
- Analytical testing/quality control experience across dosage forms; solid lab knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work across multiple sites globally
