This position will be an Internship contract, with possibilities to renew. **Under supervision of the HR & Admin, you will be**:
The point of contact for office, travel and admin matters
- Responsible for keeping track of travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize internal company meetings
- Responsible for purchasing / leasing of office equipments, office furnitures, services etc and coordination of deliveries
- Support the HR & Admin Manager for events, seminars and meetings and coordinate logistics (bookings, payments, invoices, etc.
- Responsible for all office agreements, including office, assigned company cars, mobile phone, etc
- Support with HSE documentation
- Any other ad-hoc matters requested by the HR & Admin Manager and Country Manager **Profile**:

- Highschool degree
- Previous experience in similar positions
- Excellent written and spoken command of Italian and English
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- A team player with great attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of and user proficiency in MS Office and Internet
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Flexibility, service-oriented attitude, start-up mentality, good judgement, reliability, tact and discretion.
