The Role (What you’ll actually be doing)
You’ll represent the Project Manager on site and take control of all CSA‑related activities from day one through to handover. This isn’t a clipboard role. You’ll be in the detail, driving programme, coordinating trades, and making sure nothing gets missed.
Project Start‑Up
- Support the PM in building the construction programme and short‑term lookaheads
- Set up the site properly – establishment, logistics, safety from day one
- Review drawings, method statements, and risk assessments (and challenge them if needed)
- Get aligned on change management early (so there are no surprises later)
- Help benchmark quality standards and installation practices

- Drive daily productivity across all CSA activities
- Build and manage short‑term progr
